Do you Accept Credit Card:

Yes we do however there are additional charges applied; MasterCard and Visa incurs a 1.7% surcharge.

At this stage we do not accept American Express or Diners Cards.

Is Power & Utilities included with the price:

• With the short term stays YES all is inclusive. (Usually Less than 3 Months)
• Power is capped at $3.00 per day, this is necessary to curb any excessive use. The average Perth household uses $2.50 per day.
• For any stays over a 3 month period the water and power will be connected in the tenants name.

How & When do we get our Bond Back:

• Easy. Upon vacating the property an inspection is performed. The property must be left in the condition you received it, cleaned and tidy, the property and chattels undamaged and good working order.
• The bond will be returned via Direct Debit.

Do you Allow Pets:

We would love to but unfortunately due to the exclusivity and standard of the complexes our properties are located in the respective Body Corporates’ do not allow any pets.

Is there Linen in the Property:

Yes. In each property we have towels, linen. As well as Washing Machine, Dryer, Iron and Ironing board.
